Thomas Sturma provides economic analysis and advisory support for litigation and arbitration matters involving economic and regulatory issues. He has contributed to projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Ecuador, and Belize. As part of these projects, he has applied both quantitative and conceptual knowledge (including writing testimony) in English and Spanish to cases involving regulated industries, such as the water, electric, natural gas, and milk industries.

Mr. Sturma graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Spanish and Environmental Studies.
