Joseph Coscia provides economic analysis and advisory support for litigation and arbitration matters involving economic and regulatory issues. He has contributed to projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala and Afghanistan. As part of these projects, he has applied both quantitative and conceptual knowledge in English and Spanish to cases involving regulated industries, such as the electric, gasoline, water, and milk industries.

Mr. Coscia graduated cum laude from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in International Political Economy and a certificate in International Development.
