Experience with over 100 projects in more than 35 countries.
Our experts got their start restructuring markets and designing regulations while helping the transfer of assets and concessions from governments to private companies. They later guided regulators and regulated companies during the first years after privatization and/or restructuring. Currently, as disputes arise between regulators and regulated companies, our experts are in a unique position to assist because they have worked through many of these issues first-hand.
